China author is suing Google for copyright infrigement

Shanhai's "bad girl" author Mian Mian is suing Google for copyright infringement as Google scanned her book "Acid Lovers" into Google Book without her permission. Mian Mian is a controversial author in mainland China. Her novels “Candy” and “Panda Sex” are banned in China but remain popular in black market and overseas. She asks for an apology and RMB 61,000 ($8930, really moderate claim :-) in damages. Read more from CNN international.
