CBS News live coverage starting at 7 a.m. EDT
MSNBC will be live streaming the event on its home page and politics section.
CNN is partnering with Facebook to provide live streaming of the swearing in and Obama's speech.
Current TV and Twitter are teaming up, as they did during the election, to add real-time tweets to Current's broadcast and Webcast of the swearing in, which starts at 11:30 a.m. EDT and will be replayed throughout the day.
The New York Times, the AP's online video network, the Online NewsHour, and ABCNews.com will also live stream inauguration coverage. And more...

Universities Paid Big $$$ to Host Debates

It was my curiosity to know who pays the money for hosting a presidential debate and how much it costs. CBS news article gave answers. Universities ( this year they are: University of Mississippi for the first presidential debate, Washington University in St. Louis for the VP debate, Belmont university for the second presidential debate and Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y for the third one) that wanted to host a presidential debate had to be willing g to pay $1.35 million to cover production expenses and millions more for facilities and other associated costs. Did it worth the money? Schools say yes.
